Our Life-Change and Healing skills workshops are as individual as the people who participate in them.  What they all have in common is a passionate, positive intent for you to be more able to heal and grow, both your life and yourself. 

Workshops included here are:

Workshops take place in a beautiful light and airy converted stone barn at Gorwallt Fach.

"LIVING WITH VISION" WORKSHOPS 

"Living with Vision" life-change weekend workshops enable you to take charge of and re-energise your life whatever your age, outlook or situation.

These inspirational, future-focussed 'design a life' weekends are for you if you’re faced with a major change or cross-roads in your lfe and want to make the right decision, for your Self and those you love. Alternatively, you may have experienced upheaval in your life, relationship or career and now want to take a more constructive and positive approach to the way ahead.

You may simply have woken up to the realisation that "there must be more to Life than this" - and want to know what this means for you.

Throughout the workshop, we work 'in the moment' and select the most appropriate approach from a combination of personal development and therapeutic tools to guide you through to recognising what you most want to contribute, experience and receive from life; - then give you the skills, confidence and competence to achieve this.

Both practical and deeply moving, the workshops provide the perfect opportunity to think for your Self.

The workshop consists of 2 'contact' sessions totaling 5 days. (These run from Friday evening, through to the end of Sunday afternoon). Between the first and second session, you'll be encouraged to keep a personal journal and to take advantage of the two inclusive 30-minute telephone coaching sessions.

By the end of the second contact session, you will be able to:

  • Make life, relationship and career decisions in the context of your personal Vision and Purpose.
  • Understand how the Power of Intent can be harnessed to achieve success (in whatever form this takes for you).
  • Look ahead with excitement, whilst recognising who you already are and what you already have.
  • Experience balance in the way you choose to live your life.
  • Re-energise yourself by knowing how you contribute and the true value you bring to your life, relationships and career.

To maintain the optimum group dynamic and facilitation/coaching support for this depth of personal development work, participant numbers are limited to a maximum of six (four is usual).

SPIRITUAL HEALING FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT 

Long seen as a wonderful therapy for relaxation and recuperation, Reiki can also be learned and used by anyone wanting to explore the mysteries of 'Life Energy' as a route to personal and spiritual development.

Also known as Qi, Chi, Pranha and Spirit, Reiki's Source - like a "gift of love from the Universe" - enhances our sense of Presence, Purpose and Connectedness.

These life-changing spiritual healing workshops enable you access this Universal Life Energy for self-healing, personal spiritual development and helping others.

REIKI 1

A traditional Usui Reiki 1 workshop includes 4 transforming attunements over 2 days. You’ll learn how to access the ‘Ki’ Energy, get to know the body’s Chakra system and practice hand positions for giving a Reiki treatment.  There will also be time for meditation, relaxation and laughter!

Lunch is provided and you will receive a Certificate and support materials.

Reiki 1 workshops are available at weekends or mid-week, run from 10:00 to 17:00, and cost £180.

REIKI 2 

Reiki 2 workshops commence on a Friday evening with an introduction to the Reiki power symbols.

There is one very powerful attunement on Saturday morning. The rest of the weekend is spent exploring the ethics and practice of distant healing, updating the hand positions, and learning how to use your power symbols for healing, development and abundance.

A light supper is provided on Friday evening and lunches over the weekend. You will receive a Certificate and support materials.

Reiki 2 workshops run from 18:30 on Friday to 15:00 on Sunday and cost £270.

Participant numbers for all Reiki workshops are limited to 4.

The following one-day workshops are offered to those of you who have achieved Reiki 2:

Essene Reiki merges eastern and western ‘hands on’ approaches, enabling you to give and experience a deeper source of healing energy.

Reiki has been combined here with ancient Empathic / Intuitive Healing knowledge.

These newly-discovered esoteric teachings enable us to draw powerful healing energy upwards from the Earth through our Root Chakra. At the same time, we channel Reiki energy through our Crown Chakra. They meet and merge at our Heart Chakra enabling us to experience, receive and give, a wonderful source of healing, change and growth.

Reiki in Business was developed by Dee 10 years ago because she wanted to experience the reassurance of being connected to the Universal Life Energy during 'day-to-day' life. This unique workshop enables you to feel spiritually connected to the healing energy whilst at work and to use it, ethically, to improve relationships, communication and results.

Abundance Reiki shows you how you can safely use the Reiki power symbols to boost the effectiveness of the Secret's Laws of Attraction to manifest your own "Daily Miracles".  

Concerned that people were underestimating the power of this combination, Dee developed the "Laws of Manifesting" over 4 years' of experiential research. This workshop is a result of that research and is offered here to enable you to live a truly abundant life, safely in-line with your Purpose.

One-day workshops run from 10:00 to 17:00 and cost £95.

Our Retreat days are as unique and special as you are. Whether you want just to breath out and relax, gain healing skills, or get to know more about yourself, we can design the perfect time out for you. In this beautiful place, you’ll experience peace, healing and joy.

My Reiki Lineage and History

I share one of the shortest Reiki lineages of any Reiki Master Teacher in the United Kingdom.

The Usui Master Energy was passed, orginally from Mikao Usui, to Dr Chijuro Hayashi, thence to Hawayo Takata, to Phyllis Lie Furumoto, to Marta Getty, to Valerie Ives and to Dee Ramsayer.

I received the Essene Attunement in Wales in 1992, whilst studying "Attitudinal Therapy" with Ellen von Einem-Pugh. Completing Reiki 1 in 1993 and Reiki 2 in 1994, I became a Reiki Master Teacher in September 1998, after a traditional 18-month apprenticeship.
